"Loved this for a city staycation to celebrate our anniversary - the city was easily accessible, whilst the boutique charm of the property and the area lets you feel more relaxed. Appreciated all the special touches of this property, and the personalised service. "

"We really enjoy staying here and have done in the past. The weekly loud party in Australia Square below is an annoyance though, and this time we asked for a room on the other side of the building. The alleyway outside the hotel entrance leading to the steps up to George Street was in a disgusting dirty state for the 2 weeks we stayed there though, and was only cleaned up the day we left."
"I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Sydney and had a fantastic experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which really set the tone for the stay. The location is excellent and walkable to so many spots, making it super convenient. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and upscale, and I really liked the overall atmosphere. We had breakfast included, and it was a nice touch, with very good quality. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend it."
"We had an amazing stay at the Sofitel Wentworth. A great convenient location, an easy walk to most things, ferries and other public transport. The Wentworth bar was great for happy hour and we absolutely loved the breakfast each morning. So many options! There were some things I didn’t even get to try after 5 days.
A special mention to Charles from Concierge. He was very welcoming and helpful and made our daughter feel very special each time he had a chat with us.
The renovations and modernisation are lovely but we were surprised by the outside noise in our room as there is no double glazing. Thankfully it didn’t keep us awake. "
"Definitely a luxurious hotel with extremely comfortable and plush beds. My husband has back issues and this is one of the main reasons why we keep coming back to this hotel. We are here three times this year and each stay is about a week. Almost every staff member is outstanding in terms of being friendly, approachable and meeting your needs and beyond. We will definitely be back in 2026."
"Beautiful hotel. Had the best view from our room. We dined at the restaurant upstairs and it was delicious. Room service was so good! Probably the best room service I have ever had. Pool was perfect temperature, and so relaxing with spa zen music playing through the speakers. Comfy bed. Only fault was the water was green when we went to fill up the bath… so we didn’t use the bath. But overall we loved it. Cleaning staff and breakfast staff were super friendly. A lady that works in the bar upstairs was really rude :) .. we were next in line for the harbour view table and when we asked she said no I’m giving it to the people next to you… even though they arrived after us. That was the only fault of the whole hotel :)
Hopefully she gets better customer service experience. "
"Centrally located just beside Martin Place this is a very nice hotel with friendly staff, spacious rooms with all the facilities. The parking offer with Wilson Parking about 3 minutes walk away was also very convenient. "
