"We liked that it was in Times Square but it wasn’t as crowded as it was in the “epicenter” of Times Square. Great breakfast. Fast and easy check-in. "

"The hotel is in a perfect location if you’re going to broadway shows. The rooms are small. There are no amenities like coffee pot or fridge. They are renovating the lobby so it was busy and noisy. Overall 4* paid a ridiculous amount for “resort fees” no idea what that was for. "

"The location is fantastic; close to all theater, entertainment, dining and shops. Train stations is very close, walkable. Very clean and safe"

"Booked this property to share NYC with my family- husband and 2 teens. It was so convenient and we were close to everything. Room was spacious enough for the four of us. Staff were absolutely wonderful, especially Joey; but everyone we interacted with was polite and helpful. Would definitely stay again! "
