"Very well-kept hotel in a convenient part of Manhattan--the theater district is within easy walking distance. The staff was always helpful, and doormen assured that no one entered who did not belong there. The week I was there, one of the three elevators was out of order, so sometimes getting to your room was not as quick as it might have been."

"We had an amazing stay at The Westin Times Square! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and the bathroom was a great size — very comfortable and clean. The hotel itself has tons of great hangout spots, perfect for relaxing in between exploring the city. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. We arrived early and they kindly allowed us to check in right away, plus check-out wasn’t until 12 PM which was super convenient. The building felt extremely secure with top-notch security and the bellman was incredibly helpful. We felt safe and well taken care of the entire time. Will absolutely be staying here again! Highly recommend. 🗽✨"
