"The front desk staffs speak excellent English. They are patiently guide us how to take bus or walk to our intended point of visit. Other than the daily housekeeping stay 4 nights only clean the toilet one times and never repunish the shower cap after throwing our used one. This is the 2nd time i stay in this hotel for 4 nights on 2016 and this year 2024. The breakfast buffet is good, i buy the buffet for 2 days"

"I have three kids age of 15,12, and 9. The hotel looks like a mini figure theme park. Many things that kids can play with, such as moon bounce, kick boards that kids can use on the little track around the hotel, and mini soccer. Kids had fun there. The room that we rented were for six people and it was very spacious and clean."

"Nice clean property with free parking available. There was a problem with the parking garage when we left next morning but after 40mins our car was brought out early by the parking attendant. "We stayed in the suite and it is very spacious. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel is Bigelow brand with lavender and peppermint scent which smells great. There is jacuzzi inside the room but we did not get the chance to use it. There are plenty of dining options that is walking distance from the hotel. I picked this hotel so I will be close to the airport and car rental return. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The cabin was warm and cozy and our entire family of 7 had a wonderful time sleeping in the cabin. The location is on the mid-hill of Hanlla Mountain and to get to the nearest convenience store is about 4kms away. We had a rental car to get around, so it was manageable. The owner was very friendly and waited for us although we arrived later than the check-in time. Overall it was a great stay and the kids kept saying they would be coming back to visit again."

"Great location overlooking the sea. Short walk to market, shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good with a large variety of food both Korean and western. Only thing was the beds were very hard like sleeping on the floor but has been the same elsewhere in Korea. There was also no aircon as winter season, but when asked they resolved this for me. "

"The family room is very spacious with a large long table. It is reasonably clean and very comfortable. As we were travelling in a group of 7 senior citizens, the service staff singly carried our luggage to the 2nd floor as there is no lift available. Worth to mentioned that each luggage weight not less than 17 kg. The surrounding is beautiful and serene, garden well maintained. "
