"The staff were amazing!! Beautiful hotel"

"This place is cheap yet horrible…. There are several extra large potholes that you have to dogde while pulling up on the property… several strange people walking around the outside. The hotel door barely closes and look like a half way house. There is not quiet time … the people next door thumped crashed and boomed all night… the towels were yellow and the tub had a ring around it and public hair all over. DO NOT STAY HERE… the sign should say Niggwood!"

"The hotel is nice with a lovely fireplace, a large indoor pool that you can use until 11 pm. My main problem was with the room that was facing the indoor pool, didn't have a proper windows, it was smelly, noisy and dark. Breakfast was OK"

"Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean. Property was clean. Pool was clean. The only real issue we had was not being able to watch anything on tv. Tried to hook up a fire stick to watch movies and they have it blocked. Staff was extremely helpful in trying to assist with the problem but found out it basically wasn't equipped for that. I wish we could have been able to connect our Netflix."

"The hotel was very nice the room what’s better than expected the staff were very nice. My only issue was I ordered a room with a pullout couch and I got an email the night before confirming everything and as I read it, they were going to charge me an extra $40 if I wanted to have sheets put on the pullout couch in the room I’ve already paid for…."
