"Room smelled funky like stale smoke even though it was “smoke-free”"

"Staff at check in very helpful. Room very clean but public areas lobby halls etc dingy need deep cleaning and tlc. Lights and outlets next to bed did not work. HVAC fine. Shower was abysmal. Not enough pressure to rinse out shampoo or soap. Either head is clogged or pipes inadequate. Either way very medicore stay. Breakfast pretty bare or basic. Look elsewhere "

"The check in desk personnel could be more professional. Also, we didn't have any bath towels and had to ask twice to have them sent to our room."

"Bananas were all brown and didn’t have any orange juice it was straight water and the eggs were stale but other than that we love staying here and hopefully it was just a one time occurrence "
