The neighborhood was really noisy all night with windows open, making it difficult to sleep. The hotel was centrally located near the Forum and Coliseum and there were plenty of dining options nearby. The restaurant in the hotel was very expensive and required advanced dinner reservations. Breakfast was included, but apparently European scrambled eggs are runny. I appreciate the staff making transportation arrangements to from and to the airport.

This was our favorite hotel in all the places we stayed in Italy! The staff was wonderful, especially Marco at the front desk. The ambiance was welcoming and comfortable. The views from our room were breathtaking - directly over a part of the Forum! And, to top it off, they have a fabulous spread at breakfast with a rooftop view of the area and a fun "American" rooftop bar. Highly recommend!

Pro: This place was close to the Forum and all the popular sites. It was a great spot, and you could walk to tons of restaurants and shops. Breakfast was nice and had a beautiful view. The room was large and old but nice. Con: The restaurant is closed on Sunday. I wish we were told that because we partially wanted to stay here because we wanted a place with a restaurant. There was a rooftop bar, but the two nights we tried to go we were told it was closed for a “private party”, but we never saw anyone show up. The staff were not overly friendly.

Just don’t bother. The rooms are in need of repair and the hotel is very old and need of repair. Also we had made dinner reservations for the hotel restaurant only for it to be canceled on us for no reason. Also the A/c didn’t work in the room. Not worth the money.

Wonderful property. The entire staff make it their priority to make one feel special. Located in a very central area, close to many attractions, restaurants, shopping and parks. This is our go-to hotel for any trips to Rome. We will most definitely be back. Sooner than later i hope.
