"Nice place to stay. I was lucky that there weren’t many guests during my visit, so I often had the pool to myself, which was really relaxing. I think I may have been there during the off-season, which likely contributed to how quiet and peaceful the property felt. The staff were very nice and attentive throughout my stay. The property is a bit secluded and away from everything, and drivers sometimes had difficulty finding the location. However, there is a supermarket and a nice local warung...

"Quite simply this was the best hotel my wife and I have ever stayed at. The hotel is small and personal without being claustrophobic. All the staff, of which there are many, are so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay so special. Everyone has a smile on their face. Well done to the management for maintaining such a positive attitude with their team. The architecture of the hotel is perfection. We loved our room. The food and drink are of a high standard and yet reasonably priced. I loved the ease of using the hotel app to communicate with front desk and room service. All our requests and questions were dealt with immediately and to our satisfaction. We stayed in a double room villa which was actually two separate identical villas sharing our own large private pool. We even had a sea view. Any negatives? Not really. One of the lights in our pool was out, the plug in the bath didn’t make a perfect seal so drained out slowly and the tapas bar was closed on a couple of the nights we were there. Did it spoil our holiday - not one bit. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer."

"We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa with our own pool. We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff were super helpful and nothing was a problem when we asked for things. The rooms were clean and tidy and we had breakfast brought to our villa in the mornings. There was a shuttle bus to take you to the beach each day at 11am and they came back to pick you up at 3 or 6pm. I had a great spa treatment and the place was very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely come back and stay there. Just don’t leave food outside. The monkeys have a great sense of smell!!!"

"Overall stay was great. We stayed for 10 nights as a family of 4. Room was great, a little outdated and the bed in the main room was really hard to sleep on. Buffet breakfast is great...so many choices every morning and worth the money. They need to spend more on uplifting the kids club and extending their hours to allow parents some alone time. Also the amenities in the kids clubs are very limited when comparing to other countries we have stayed. Lastly the food at the restaurants isnt so great, would recommend eating elsewhere. All in all its a nice resort."
