"We enjoyed 9 nights in the Rama Shinta suite - it is HUGE!!!! Lovely room. Immaculately clean. Lovely tranquil resort. Fabulous service particularly in the Palace Lounge where we enjoyed a great breakfast, occasional afternoon tea and lovely cocktails and canapés each evening. Amazing staff. The usual warm, friendly and professional service we’ve received everywhere in Bali. The local area was great place to be too. Nusa Dua is lush."

The facilities were outstanding, and our goal to completely unwind and relax for the week was perfectly fulfilled. Our Sawangan Suite with lagoon access made the experience even more special—having the freedom to step straight into the lagoon anytime we felt like lounging or taking a refreshing dip was pure bliss. "A hidden gem, very clean and immaculate. Staff are courteous and polite. The beach was little difficult to access so didn't bother going but we were looking forward for beach activities provided - but couldn’t make it as they are offered only in specific 2 hr time slot. We enjoyed the indoor pool in our villa and staff were prompt to provide cleaning services when requested. "
