Everything was very good, if not excellent. The only knock on the whole stay. The kid told me anything in the blue was free to park for one day. I woke up in the morning to a €30 ticket.

This was a great place. Clean, great bedding and towels. Perfect location for the trains. Nice walk to restaurants and landmarks. Only downside was the air had not been turned on yet in April and it was really hot.

Great location next to the station, but no too noisy. The room was new and comfortable. I couldn't figure out the heating but luckily the temperature was comfortable.

Perfect place to stay when you are here mainly for Bernina Express as the rooms are literally opp the platforms! Clean, modern interior and sufficiently spacious. Breakfast was nice and staff were friendly throughout. Small hiccup in our room, with technical error causing lights to go out once in a while. But property solved issue with some option of room change etc. Would definitely recommend again.

We were placed in the side building which gave us a beautiful view of the mountain with the train station in the foreground. This built up the excitement of riding the Bernina Express

I highly recommend this hotel. Convenient location right next to the train stations, modern room amenities, close to a few good restaurants, and an overall great value. We stayed here after taking the Bernina Express from Switzerland. I initially viewed this as just a place to sleep before proceeding on to Milan. However, in retrospect, I wish we had stayed two nights here to just decompress in the middle of our trip and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of this cute, little town. This was the best value and most comfortable hotel we encountered on our entire trip.

Nice room, clean and quiet. Note: VERY IMPORTANT that you note the check in procedures. There are NO STAFF and NO RECEPTION at the property. You have to check in at a different hotel which is next to the train station. If you don’t note this you could be lost for a long time (as I was), or worse (they might not be available after hours)!!!!

This property was amazing and we would highly recommend it to others. The rooms are very modern with amazing views and right next to the train station, but you cannot hear the trains. Having read other reviews about difficulty in finding the property, we had no issues at all. Breakfast is served at the Hotel Bernina, 2 minute walk, the choices for breakfast were amazing, the staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Bernina for such a FANTASTIC 4 day break, we are definitely coming back 😍

Property is an annex to Hotel Bernina. Hidden in fine print on Expedia booking confirmation that check-in and collection of keys is there. An email 2 days prior, or a small sign at least, at the property, so you know you are at Lifestyle Room Binario Zero and check-in is at Hotel Bernina would be very helpful, saving a lot of frustration, or am I the only fool. The annex itself is new, modern and therefore very clean. Good beds and pillows a welcome change. Breakfast 80 metres away at Hotel Bernina. Missed the Swiss bread at breakfast on our first day in Italy

The room is modern and very comfortable. It's near the train tracks. but the trains don't run at night and were very quiet in the morning. When we booked the room we did not have access to email, and did not know we needed to go to a completely separate (and differently named) hotel to register. The person who helped me at Hotels.com was amazing, fabulous and wonderful, and got me pointed in the right direction, she saved the day! We didn't eat breakfast, there are so many interesting places close by. The parking was great, although it was 8 euro extra.

We would have given it a higher rating if the check-in experience had been better. There is no sign at the hotel entrance or email to guest specifying how to check into the hotel. After finding the building, it took us 20 minutes before we found out what to do. Besides wifi is very weak. But the breakfast is good.

Wonderful room, everything is new and the design is amazing! The bed was very comfy, shower in the bathroom was nice and breakfast was good. The only negative is the reception and breakfast located in other hotel, and it was also a bit cold in the room (end of december).

New, modern, comfortable hotel
I booked this hotel even if there were no reviews and it was a good choice. The hotel is brand new (a few room seem to be still being finished). The location is very close to the railway station and is adjacent to a pizza restaurant (no noise concerns). However, please note that the reception (and the included breakfast) for this hotel is handled at hotel Bernina (maybe they have the same management?). The furnishing of the room is very modern and it includes a minibar fridge, LCD TV, large bathroom with included bidet, etc. This is an excellent choice for Tirano hotels, but just allow you some time to understand how the lights, the shower are working and remember you may have to check in at Bernina hotel upon arrival instead of going straight to this hotel.

Il Lifestyle Room Binario Zero è accanto alla stazione di partenza del trenino del Bernina e vicino alla stazione centrale di Tirano. Il check-in e la colazione sono nell'hotel Bernina di Tirano, a 50 metri dalla struttura. La camera è ampia e pulita, con un grande bagno privato e con un terrazzo. Buona la colazione.

Tolles Hotel für Kurztrip mit dem Bernina-Express. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern, bequemes Bett, grosszügiges Badezimmer, gut isoliert und klimatisiert. Das Frühstücksbuffet befindet sich ca. 200m entfernt im Haupthotel und bietet eine vielseitige Auswahl. Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Proprio sui binari del Bernina express ma senza alcun rumore molesto a disturbare il sonno. Rimane una depandance del vicino hotel Bernina, ma tranquilla ed arredata con gusto. Forse il rapporto qualità prezzo non è imbattibile

Parking problems
The room was nice, but slightly noisy (constant sound). No refill of shampoo, water or coffee for second day. Big problems with parking. We got parking in a basement below the apartment, but when we returned someone had taken our paid place. After a lot of time spent in the reception we finally got another parking 500 m from our room. The next day the staff got a garage for the car, but I was so small the we had to take the car out to pack.
