Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
暖房が全く効かなく、非常に寒かったです。お風呂はお湯を入れると湯船から流し残っていた洗剤が多く出て、結果入れ直す状態でした。おまけに寒くてお湯を沸かそうとすると、ブレーカーが落ちてしまいました。テレビもつきませんでした。、 せめて暖房が効いて部屋が暖かければ色々やれる気が起きたのですが、布団にくるまって過ごすしかありませんでした。 鍵の場所は電話で対応さてもらえたからよかったですが、事前に連絡をメールでいただけると安心でした。 色々なんとかしてほしかったです。
