The area around the property was undergoing a lot of construction but that was just to be expected in this downtown location. Other than that it was a very good - close to Massey Hall and Union Station. The room was very comfortable and the staff friendly and attentive. All in all a good experience and we will certainly consider it again.

Our stay at The Cosmopolitan was delightful for both my girlfriend and me. Despite our flight being delayed, the check-in process was incredibly smooth, and we absolutely loved our room. Situated on the 23rd floor, it offered stunning views, including a glimpse of the CN Tower. I would highly recommend staying here without any reservations.

The room was spacious, clean, well equipped and quiet. Front desk staff were friendly, helpful and offered their assistance on every encounter. Great location slightly Offset from the hustle and bustle of downtown. View was poor from our windows as we were surrounded by other buildings close by. Public parking was a block away and easy to access. Would stay there again.

Like a little apartment! Unit had a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge and beautiful windows with an incredible view of the CN Tower! Very clean and quiet (although I used ear plugs to drown out the city noises).

This is my go-to residence when I am in Toronto. Adjacent to the PATH, two blocks to a grocery, food options in every direction and it’s a great boutique feel.

this property was SPECTACULAR! the service and friendliness of the staff as well as its prime location in downtown toronto. i do have a couple of “bad” things to say about the property and those are: 1. if you’re driving yourself to the property, it is a little hard to find and easily missed if you’re not paying complete and utter attention. there’s also a lot of construction nearby and several streets are closed because of this. 2. the property advertises parking, and there is, but its public garages nearby, not valet. at least, not any that i could find upon my arrival. there are two that i saw within a minute’s walk. 3. i called the front desk three times all at different times and received no answer. asides from that, i would stay again. the accommodations were exquisite and the actual room was a dream.

Very cool place. More like a one bedroom apartment with laundry and sofa bed. Small balcony with CN Tower view. Parking was a bit of a hassle and expensive. Close to eateries and pharmacy and walkable to major attractions.

My best friend and I enjoyed our 50th birthdays at this wonderful hotel. The staff was so responsive and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. When we arrived there was a happy 50th wish and a beautiful gift. It was so nice being able to enjoy some drinks and walk to wherever we wanted and have a wonderful time. Groceries are close by for extended stays too!

No VIP benefits is frustrating. Don't advertise this if you can't deliver. Rooms were nice but needed some TLC. Floor boards were loose and sliding, walls needed some repainting, etc. Housekeeping didn't show up on the second day, perhaps because it was a Sunday?? Otherwise the place was nice enough, great location, friendly staff. I would stay here again, as the location was excellent.

I loved the jnr 1 bdrm suite. Perfect size. Great rate. Staff are so accommodating. Manager Jackie is very welcoming. I stay here at least 4 times a year. My favourite Toronto Hotel.
