"Really lovely stay. Itโ€™s an old building, but the parts that have been modernised are absolutely fab. Great team and welcome from the minute I arrived to the minute I left. Evening meal was really great and the Eggs Royale at breakfast were delicious! The spa is an absolute delight! The only bit of feedback I can give for improvement is the window glazes in the spa. I think theyโ€™re meant to be jellyfish? But theyโ€™re now so faded they just look like giant stains. So maybe replace with some plain frosted vinyls to complete the classy, sophisticated vibe in there. Absolutely not a criticism, as I really canโ€™t fault the stay I had, just meant as a constructive bit of feedback"

"We stayed 3 nights from 8th October. We enjoyed our stay, the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely. The hotel is a very old hotel so obviously there are always going to be parts that need updating but overall its a Grand Hotel."
