"I had such an amazing stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is gorgeous the views from the balcony is amazing. The staff were so lovely. It’s so close to the Town centre and there plenty of parking if you’re travelling with a car. Overall it was an amazing stay"

"A warm welcome on arrival, quick and easy check in. Our room was clean and spacious with a very comfy bed. I particularly liked the window seat. I loved the selection of cocktails available in the bar and we were fortunate to have excellent weather and be able to enjoy sitting in the garden. Breakfast had lots of different options available and was cooked to order. A really wonderful stay and we would happily return. "

"Breakfast fantastic and the staff lovely and very helpful, found spa staff curt and bordering on rude when we asked for a "float" to assist in our swim which they had in January but now claim was somethjng a previous customer had left behind. Also found operation of the spa outdoor pool buttons unpredictable ie sometimes worked and sometimes didnt. Found the reception staff especially helpful. Due to the spa being a letdown we wont be returning."

"Beautiful location with large rooms looking over Grassmere lake. The decor is clean fresh with great choice of colours. Super king bed was very comfortable and room temperature perfect. The artwork on all the walls is enjoyable and like being in a private gallery. Staff were all very informative and friendly, Ronny in the restaurant was particularly great. The food choice for breakfast is plentiful and although dinner menu small the food is beautifully prepared and presented. My only personal comment is that it would have been nice to have included a side of vegetables in the price rather than as an extra. Housekeeping spot on. The spa is spacious with thermal pool ( not really for swimming) sauna and steam room . Lovely after a day of activities. The grounds are well maintained and terrace provides a sunny location to relax and enjoy the views, or if feeling active you can access the lake for a cold water dip or launch your kayak ."
