"Took my daughter for a break from our caring duty for my elderly dad , the hotel was spotless , welcoming and staff were amazing and helpful , we stayed 2 nights and we have stayed in many hotels in Liverpool but I have to say the breakfast was exceptional, so much variety and so fresh , from start to finish it was amazing , we were in a courtyard room and the only small complaint was the excessive noise from either televisions or music past midnight which I did find annoying , overall I would willingly stay again , Thank you . "Gorgeous hotel in a fab location. Beautiful design throughout. Only thing is in the draw where you would put your clothes, there was a long hair which made me think it hadn’t been cleaned. But everything else in the room was spotless and gorgeous so I would 100% stay again."
