"I liked that the hotel was centrally located and pet friendly. I liked the cleanliness of the room. I liked the large television and program options. I liked the downtown skyline view. The valet were all very kind, professional, and helpful. I didn't like the long wait when I arrived-20 minutes-standing in line because there was only one person at the counter. I didn't like that the front desk would put me on hold with a long wait time when I called for information. I didn't like the $10.00...

"It’s construction in area but when I pulled up someone was pulling off right in front. Can’t beat free parking in front. Room was nice and spacious, I had a high view of Oakland and the bay. Breakfast was great, hot/cold breakfast.. many options to eat/drink. Bed was big and comfy. Happy customer!"
