On arrival I couldn’t get in. I had to ask a friendly guy in the street to ring for how. Over the phone the host gave me a code to release the key. In confusion I got in and got the key. The room was ok, clean etc. Come breakfast, it was very basic dry fare except for coffee. I came I went, never saw anyone. Not my worst ever but unusual.

Hard to get in when you do not have cell service, luckily someone opened the door and we managed to get in, after that it was all easy chevk in. Self monitored. Room itself was great, super clean bathroom and room. The building could need some love.

A tidy Airbnb in the heart of Trieste city.
This very clean, spacious, well-organised, ensuite room which shares a kitchen with about three other rooms is located in a very central part of Trieste. It is very close to Trieste Central's train station, intercity bus station (eg Flixbus), and local bus station. We found supermarkets, cafe/bars and laundromats nearby. A short walk from this Airbnb gets you to many sightseeing attractions, including the harbour and marina.

Great apartment, best value for money
That we decided to go for a B&B/Apartment rather than a hotel this time was a good option. Prices in Trieste are quite high even in the low season months, and this B&B was a fantastic value for money. The owner was answering via email and sms at no delay, always there to help anyone. The room was very nice and large, clean and super comfortable. The breakfast although modest, was good enough to kick the day, but you have a kitchen you can use and a fridge for having some of your own stuff should you need to. The location could not be any better, not even 5 mins away from the central train and bus stations, and a short beautiful walk towards the old town. Very recommended to anyone.

Hi, thanks a lot for your review. Usually there is no mosquitos in all the B&B becouse the B&B is located at the second floor. To avoid any kind of problem we've installed since 10gg an anti-mosquito-system and now there no mosquito. For the air conditioning I'm sorry but it's a feature we can't offer but it's clear during the reservation. Anyway each room ha a fan to refresh. The breakfast is composed by some snacks, cerals, milk and many more but we can offer only prepacked products for a regional law. Anyway Hope to see you again in this wonderful City Thanks Stefano

The room was oke, but don't expect anything of the breakfast. There is a coffeemachine in the hall and in a kitchen down the hall you can get milk and sereals, but the milk wasn't there anymore in the morning.

Good, clean and tidy B & B great for a night or 2
Very handy B and B around the corner from the bus and train stations in Trieste. Basic but clean and tidy and the owner was great. Bathroom was nice and the communal kitchen was just across the hall. Wifi worked with no glitches. Not recommended for extended stays, like most B and B's, an apartment will suit better. If you are in town for one or two nights Trieste B and B plus gets our recommendation.

nice spot, freebies- watch out for heating/brekkie
Great spot, nice amenities including free espresso machine, wifi and m&m candy - quiet & clean. What we didn't like was the fact that the heating only turns on at 8pm, can't be adjusted, and turns off by itself in the middle of the night. Breakfast was very limited (couple of dry toast slices, tiny juice, butter and jam), and even though it was included in the quoted price, the owner tried to charge us for it via email - backed off or realised his mistake when we mentioned the booking detailed it was included though.

Hi, thanks a lot for your review and for your stay in my B&B. Unfortunately the heating system is centralized and during some period of the year we have to respect that time. For breakfast we can offer only packed products for a local law (snacks, brioches ecc). The small breakfast is ALWAYS included in the total cost of the room so it's not possible that we tried to charge it (maybe there was a misanderstading). Hope to see you again in this city... good location, close to the train station and easy 5 min walk into the centre. Room was clean however, check in wasn't so easy. If you don't have a phone to call up to have the door opened it can be a bit tricky. Breakfast was just a basket of snacks in the room and the coffee/hot water machine didn't work.. I see that this was also a complaint from previous reviews of this hotel.

Posto accogliente, comodo per chi viaggia in treno infatti e’ a 5 minuti dalla stazione, silenzioso, pulito. Il palazzo purtroppo è fatiscente, spero che i lavori di ristrutturazione inizino a breve. Unico consiglio e’ quello di verificare più spesso l’interno del bollitore poiche’ pieno di calcare e aggiungere qualche posata in più in cucina. E’ stata una gradevole mini vacanza

Posizione eccellente, a 2 passi dalla stazione. Camera in perfetto stato, pulitissima. Letto confortevole. La colazione, sebbene sia composta da cibi preconfezionati, è varia e soddisfa le diverse esigenze. Inoltre è sempre disponibile così come la macchinetta del caffè. Totalmente soddisfatta della scelta.

Posizione perfetta, vicinissima alla stazione centrale dei treni nonchè a Piazza Unità d'Italia. La mia stanza aveva il bagno con doccia in camera, non è così per le altre! Prima colazione:OK dispenser per latte, cappuccino, cioccolata, nonchè varietà di prodotti confezionati. La consiglio!

O anúncio não condiz com a realidade. O banheiro era privado, porém fora do quarto. Informação não especificada no anúncio. Não havia black out, como escrito no anúncio. Janelas externas velhas e quebradas, deixando passar o ar frio para dentro do quarto. Atendentes inapropriados e sem competência para tratar com estrangeiros, pois somente se comunicavam em italiano. Propus falar com eles em Português, Inglês, Espanhol e Francês, mas não falavam nenhum desses idiomas. Tive grandes dificuldades para acessar o prédio. Tive que recorrer a um hóspede para poder encontrar o conjunto de chaves: portaria, quarto e banheiro. Pontos positivos: Quarto e banheiro amplos. A limpeza estava impecável. E o Café da manhã condiz com o preço.

Muito obrigado pela avaliação e por estar em minhas instalações. O B&B é composto por 4 quartos, 3 dos quais com casa de banho privativa interna e um com casa de banho privativa externa. Ao fazer a reserva, é especificado explicitamente se você está reservando o quarto com banheiro privativo externo ou interno. Ele provavelmente não prestou atenção no momento da reserva. No entanto, pedi à Expedia que indicasse isso também nas notas importantes da reserva. Falamos fluentemente inglês, italiano e um pouco de alemão. Cada hóspede recebe instruções detalhadas de acesso em inglês e italiano, tanto por e-mail quanto por whatsapp/sms. Até breve nesta cidade maravilhosa. Stephen

B&B situato in un antico edificio a un passo dalla stazione ferroviaria e a pochi minuti dal centro storico. L'esterno dell'edificio e lingresso scala non si presentano bene, necessarie opere di ristrutturazione che daranno il giusto tono e importanza ad una struttura che in passato sicuramente aveva conosciuto. L'interno del B&B al contrario si présente bene e pulito. La camera ha tutti i confort indispensabili. Il problema è l'erogazione dell'acqua calda che non è costante e non fuoriesce caldissima neanche dopo svariati minuti. La colazione benché dotata di un vano attrezzato, l'ampia scelta di merendine confezionate ma di qualità, per i nostri gusti, non di nostro gradimento. Insomma meno prodotti ma di origine biologica e con la possibilità di scelta anche per chi fosse intollerante a certi alimenti avrebbe inciso sul giudizio complessivo. Un altro aspetto che ci ha lasciato un po' perplessi è stato quello di non aver avuto un contatto visivo con il gestore della struttura, per noi rappresenta un valore fondamentale. Per questi motivi il rapporto qualità/prezzo è risultato eccessivo.

Grazie mille per la recensione e per essere stati nella mia struttura. Verifico subito l'acqua calda ma non ho ricevuto altre segnalazioni quindi potrebbe essere stato un problema momentaneo. Abbiamo ridotto al minimo i contatti in modo da garantire la massima sicurezza agli ospiti in questo periodo di emergenza sanitaria. La colazione è composta da decine di prodotti confezionati monodose in modo da garantire la massima igiene e sicurezza. Offriamo colazione alternative ma solo si esplicita richiesta (no glutine, vegana ecc). A presto in questa meravigliosa città. Stefano

Preis-Leistung, Lage zum Zentrum und die Vorab-Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter waren sehr gut. Es ist etwas befremdlich, dass man das Geld für die Übernachtung in einem Körbchen im Zimmer hinterlassen soll (bei uns war das so). Frühstück zum Selbermachen (mit vielen Eine-Portion-Packungen) ist very basic, ganz abgesehen vom Verpackungsmüll.

Una notte a Trieste
Il B&B è in una buona posizione per visitare la città a piedi; la procedura di check-in e check-out è ben descritta nelle istruzioni ricevute dal proprietario e risulta essere veloce e chiara. Uno o due consigli: spostare la macchinetta del caffè dal corridoio (che risulta essere rumorosa se qualcuno la utilizza nelle prime ore del mattino) e aggiungere delle sedie in cucina per poter fare colazione. Un'ultima annotazione: il riscaldamento non risultava ancora acceso, e quindi la temperatura della camera era un pochino bassa. In ogni caso suggerisco questo B&B per trascorrere una notte di passaggio da Trieste.

Il peggiore b&b di Italia
E' la prima volta che mi è capitato di avere a che fare con un b&b senza mai aver visto il proprietario. Un asciugamano sporco e un lenzuolo sporco. I saponi erano dei bagnoschiuma generici e non c'era neanche una saponetta per le mani. Non c'era nemmeno un bicchiere di carta o anche di vetro in camera. Alla mattina non c'erano nemmeno le capsule delle bevande per colazione e le marmellate nelle vaschette confezionate erano liquide quindi erano lì da parecchio tempo. Tra l'altro i bicchieri delle bevande erano lasciati uno sopra l'altro senza la plastica che li ricoprisse quindi igienicamente facevano schifo.

Grazie mille per la recensione e per essere stato nella mia struttura. E' importante per me conoscere il commento e l'opinione degli ospiti che soggiornano nella mia struttura. Il b&b è gestito in maniera automatica per consentire agli ospiti la massima privacy e per ridurre a zero i tempi di attesa. Per qualsiasi evenienza posso comunque essere in struttura in pochi minuti (abito nel b&b). Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono lavati da una lavanderia industriale ad altissima temperatura e quindi garantiscono un livello di igiene ospedaliero (diversamente da alcuni altri b&b). Anche se mi sembra strano non ho ricevuto alcuna segnalazione di macchie altrimenti avrei almeno fatto cambiare tutto. In ogni bagno viene fatto trovare il sapone delle mani (liquido) e un doccia-shampoo gratuito e a disposizione degli ospiti. I bicchieri di vetro sono a disposizione in cucina nell'apposito box. I bicchieri di plastica sono nuovi e sono impilati dentro un apposito contenitore salva polvere. I prodotti per la colazione sono monodose e di alta qualità (marmellate santa rosa, Nutella ecc) e presentano tutti data di produzione e data di scadenza. Mi dispiace che non si è trovato bene ma evidentemente ha scelto una struttura che non si addice alle sue preferenze. A presto in questa meravigliosa città. Stefano

Ingresso fatiscente, ma il b&b è carino ,poi si è in pieno centro

Grazie mille per la recensione e per essere stati nella mia struttura. Il B&B è situato in un palazzo del 1850 e l'ingresso alla vista risulta essere un po' trasandato. Il B&B è invece completamente ristrutturato da pochi anni. A presto in questa meravigliosa città. Stefano
