"Our family had a wonderful stay at K11 Artus. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made it perfect for a relaxing week-long stay. There are a Washer and Dryer inside the room very convenient for family with kids. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping everything spotless, and the size of the room gave me plenty of space to unwind. "The environment of the hotel was good and convenient location to get to. Hotel bed a bit dusty when placing the pillow bed before going to sleep you can saw some particles dust with some light on. Curtain is definitely an issue if you wanted to sleep later than 7am as the curtain was almost see through so was the light going through. Service was good on the staff and helpful too."
