"The room was clean but was missed being cleaned on a couple of days. The location was great as it was close to the tram line and a good walk to the Wanchai train station (MTR). Having the hotel Bus shuttle was really fantastic as it provided all day access to a number of drop off points on Hong Kong Island."

"Island Shangri-la has great access to public transportation if you want to explorer Hong Kong. They are located by 2 malls so shopping and dining isn’t an issue. Summer Place was great and has a Michelin Star to prove it. Sarah Wong was wonderful when there was an issue with the blinds. She helped us move to a different room. I highly recommend Island Shangri-La"
