Initially, we were told the cost would be $10 per towel, but later we were informed by the staff that the manager had provided incorrect information, and the actual charge is $25 per towel. We do not have the towels. One towel was found and returned. So we are wrongfully being charged for towels that shouldn’t be missing since I hung them up on the bathroom before checking out. "
