My American family has been traveling across Europe for several weeks now and Daniela tops our hotel experience. Most of the hotels nickel and dime you for every little thing, but this hotel provided exactly what you needed without viewing it as a method to add to your bill. "We had a fantastic stay at Resort La Ginabelle. The location is excellent — just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The complimentary shuttle to and from Zermatt station was a great convenience. The staff were consistently warm and helpful — from reception to housekeeping to the breakfast team. Housekeeping made sure our room was always spotless, especially while we were out. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide selection to start the day right. A lovely bonus was the kids’ room, which our toddler really enjoyed. It made our stay even more family-friendly. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming base in Zermatt. "

"This is a wonderful modern hotel. The room was great, great views. Friendly staff. An awesome wellness area. Great dinners and the breakfast was amazing. They will pick you up and take you to the train station for a fee. Easy to get there by taking the gondola to Furi and then a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Would love to go again!!"
