The hotel is located quite close to the ubud market. The monkey forest and Central market are nearby attractions. The places offers great breakfast buffet, the staff is courteous and helps out when asked

The conditions of the common areas like the pool and restaurant is good, but rooms are not as well kept as shown in the pictures. Staff is really nice and accommodating.

Boutique resort located north of Ubud. Lush greenery covering ravine. Infinity pool on two levels. Beautiful Balinese architecture- notice elaborate roof carvings at the main building; rooms with contemporary Balinese decor. Excellent service Shuttle car to Ubud Palace.

I ended up booking this on a whim because I had used expedia to book Suparsa Homestay across the street but despite me paying for my room ahead of time they had given it to someone else. At 9pm I was stranded with a huge suitcase trying to find a solution. I was disappointed in Expedia and have learned not to use them in Bali as this has happened to many tourists. Once I found the Best Western, they felt so bad for what happened that they upgraded my room by three levels without me asking. They were very friendly and kind. I slept soundly as the hotel is very quiet. The trees at the back were an incredible view for morning coffee. Breakfast was buffet style. There’s a nice coffee machine and good service. It’s good food, but if you can swing a top rated cafe of course you may have better food (it’s all within walking distance) although the ambiance is nice around the pool. Thank you so much! Thank you so much. It was a great stay.

Great location near Ubud town. Very efficient staff and friendly. Very spacious and clean rooms Nice pool and poolside bar. Breakfast is only area needing improvement- more hot dishes ie grilled tomatoes, bacon and mushrooms I would definitely staff there again !

Great stay in Ubud
Rooms, location (15 mins walk to Ubud center), property were all comfortable, nice staff, clean everywhere, great pool, a big spread of breakfast. The only negative point is the lack of lift which led us to walk on the stairs 3 floors but not bad for youngsters like us.

Lovely Hotel
Gorgeous hotel with really nice staff. The location is a little out of the main area but they have a complimentary shuttle that operates to the centre so is really convenient.

Such an amazing hotel. There were a few bumps during the stay but they took in all of my requests and made it special for my anniversary. It was unfortunate that the room they have upgraded me was rather poor in air conditioning and the changed room had an issue with the bathtub, but all in all has been a pleasant stay. The bed was amazing and the view and the tranquility away from the buzz is well worth. Breakfast is really top notch quality and I know why people were raving about it. Delicious! ❤️

For the most part the property is nice. It’s a little outside Ubud Centre but it’s quite which is good. The most upsetting part of our stay was the hotel booking us a taxi to the center and it costing 150,000. This is more than 3 times what it costs when you flag one. We also got a very small bit of washing done by the hotel. It came back to us in excellent condition and the same day but it’s cost more than 300,000 which is laughable. All in all we paid almost 800,000 for 4 drinks and our washing to be done. This caught us by surprise when checking out.

Actually hotel was good location but compare to price... it was old. When I first came into the lobby, staffs are even not say really hello to us. It was completely not busy. Also, check out I was not happy with staff service. She have to let us know me before I ask her about good to go. Because i had to hurry to next place. I hurry to go. She saw. Room clean was just fair. I am not planning to go back to the hotel again.

We really enjoyed our stay with the Best Western Premier Agung Resort Ubud. They upgraded us and the room was amazing and the pool was even better. The staff had very good English and would help us with all we needed to know. The breakfast was good and in a nice location of the resort. The lady that works in the pool bar in particular was so attentive and kind. Was in a good location we found it easier to walk into town rather then getting a shuttle bus as it was a 15 minutes or less walk. We will definitely be staying back here again.

Nice quiet and good quality hotel in Ubud
It is a great hotel with all required for a relaxing stay - only negative is the distance from city centre which the hotel compromised by a free shuttle bus which worked great

Great Value right outside downtown Ubud
This was the nicest Best Western we have ever stayed in or that I have ever seen. I couldn't believe it was a Best Western. Great value for the price, great food, great service, everything was good. It was even within walking distance of downtown Ubud!

Excellent free shuttle service, bathrooms excellent, we requested our 3 rooms next to each which they did. Requested late check out which was accepted readily. Great pricing. Room service excellent and well priced. The beds were too hard and the pillows not great. Breakfast 7/10.

Awesome Resort, breakfast coffee needs improvement
The resort is situated in a great location, its beautiful. I got a complimemtary massage which was awesome. ideally everything was exceptional except for; 1. There is a stench in the room, probably from the plumbing system, but its disgusting 2. At breakfast I noticed that I had to ask for coffee refills. I could not go and get my own coffee like everything else in the buffet. Seeing that I usually have about 3 cups, this was quite an inconvenicne, bc I had to get up and locate the police of the coffee pot, then she had to go get the coffee and bring to my table. I think it would be best to allow anyone to just go get their own coffee. After all, we from the western world cant survive without it.

Saying that this is hands down the best hotel we've stayed in so far would be an understatement. While the hotel might not have the glitz and glamour of Ritz Carltons or Hiltons, it is stellar in terms of the hospitality offered. Even before our trip began, we can tell how meticulous the staffs in the hotel are by how promptly they reply to all our queries. Right from the arrival at the doorsteps, we were greeted with a warm welcome with snacks and cold drinks upon arrival. They offered to give us a morning call at 1 am as well as a packed breakfast together with bottled water for our Mount Batur sunrise trekking where the driver was supposed to pick us up at 2am in the morning. As for the activities offered, there are complimentary activities like poolside yoga, morning walk in paddy field and massage is a nice touch as well. If you are more adventurous, Ubud centre is a stone throw away, a short 15 minutes walk will get you there. If you are not keen on walking under the hot Bali sun, a relatively frequent shuttle to Ubud Palace is also offered as a mean to get to the centre of the activity. Las but not least, the room was clean, spacious and well equipped. By spacious, I mean SPACIOUS. Just to get a sense of how generous the space is, the toilet itself has a full size bathtub and a full-size cubicle shower area. All in all, the place has a very warm and welcoming feel to it. Will definitely recommend this to any traveler going through Ubud.

Excellent hotel in a great location
The hotel is modern and in a great location just outside the hustle and bustle of Ubud town centre but close enough to walk into town which we did often. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to and from the town if you’d rather not walk. The pool area is stunning and clean, the breakfast was generous and tasty and the staff are really friendly.

Lovely hotel with wonderful staff.
Beautiful landscape, well-maintained facilities and staff were very friendly. Location was a bit tucked away from Ubud centre, takes about 15 mins walk. Pleasant walk on cloudy day or evening but can be exhausting when it’s scorching hot. We really enjoyed our stay there. The only slight let-down was the check-out which took so long for the housekeeping to report to front desk.
