Hi, We apologize for the poor experience you had when you stayed with us. If only you would let us know when you're here we would gladly change your room and even give you free upgrade. Nevertheless, thank you so much for the inputs. We had contacted pest control company to take care of the bugs and we had people come over to take a look at the sewage and the pool.
