Overall I enjoyed my stay here. The pool area only had 3 spots to sit at and they were close together so sit was a little weird when someone else would join. I had eggs Benedict for breakfast and it was amazing! The staff were super friendly and very helpful. I wasn’t a fan of their washroom, light was dim and the shower was just open in the room, also the tiles of the floor looked a little gross. Other than the bathroom though I found the room to be clean and in good order!

Extremely disappointed. First night arrived I had 2 rats running around my villa. They didn’t see any problems. I am terrified of mice and rats and I can’t help my phobia. After so much trying and a mental break down. They moved me to another room which is much cheaper. I’m still fighting to get my money back for the price difference. They are denying a refund despite the room I moved to due to the RATS experience is nearly half the price. Theyre also lying about having a spa. There’s no spa in this property. In the current room, it is disgusting. Requested change of bedsheets twice with no response. Arrived to find a red stain on the sheet and I am literally having ants crawling on the bed. Filthy place. By the way Expedia was not able to refund my money of room difference. Hotel denied the refund.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid and Avoid at all costs.
I honestly do not know where to begin, it was a terrible experience soon as we walked in. First let’s be honest, the strong smell of the cow dung is definitely not the best welcome anyone can receive. It was so strong, and we found out later that this small dump is located around some kind of a cow breeding field. Anyway , we checked in and I have to say that the young lady behind the desk was nice but her English was very limited. We were escorted to our room (If you call that a room. See the pictures attached). So small and dirty, Old and full of black spots towels, hand prints on the wall, old and dirty bathroom and 1 one English TV channel. Let’s not forget the AC that was leaking and dripping water on the pillows. Of course we went back to the reception and asked to be moved to a new room, but they told us they were sold out but if I want to pay for an upgrade they can find a better place. (Totally insane). They told us they will send engineering and housekeeping to fix the problems, which they did. Breakfast was okay but hard to enjoy it with the strong cow smell is in your nose. Around 11pm strange noises of back and forth running animals can be heard on the roof (Probably rats). This the worst hotel I stayed in. Everything was terrible, from the dirty linen, AC dripping on the pillows, very small room, a little jail window, noise all night on the roof, unprofessional staff, smell from the cow at the restaurant for breakfast….Just a terrible place to stay. Bra hotell något slitet
Bra hotell med trevlig personal. Vårt rum var rätt sletet tyvärr. Hotellet ligger lite avsides, dom erbjuder dock gratis shuttle in till markets etc.
