＊Hair dryer was completely broken. Not repair in advance. No good. ＊WiFi had not connected. They had not check it in advance. No good. ＊The extra bet has not prepared in advance. They prepared after we checked in. No good. ＊We booked total 3 but they prepared only for 2 persons of amenities, towels, glasses, etc. No good.

New place in center of town
Comfortable stay in new hotel steps away from Central Udon Thani. Rooms clean and nicely decorated. Better take a room with balcony.

It seems there's nothing wrong with Expedia reservation, but the UD Capital didn't check for some time, so when I checked in, they were not aware of my reservation. All rooms were full, but fortunately one room became available as of a sudden cancel. Otherwise I would had to sleep on a road. The room is okay as of the price though. It's better to call them directly before you check-in and make sure that they'll see your Expedia reservation.

Really great hote for the price! There was a leak in the bathroom though that we stayed in which was annoying. I was only there for one night so didn’t bother to ask for a new room or anything. Staff was great and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great shower too!

this hotel is new but of poor lay out the balcony to small and you have to go though the bath room to get to it,no storage to put your clothes ok for one night rooms a bit on the small size no porter no in house phone for room to room .the wifi good air con good

Väldigt rent och väldoftande rum. Dock lite lägre standard men absolut värt kostnaden för vistelsen. Väldigt liten balkong. Personalen var trevlig och det fanns bil/mc-parkering inne på hotellområdet.

Near night -bars... Too much sound (voicy) around. Bar girls and ladyboys shout and screem on the street. Flies disturb... TV channells are not enough.

주변 바 의 소음으로 잠을 제대로 발수 없었다
호텔 상태나 청결도는 좋음. 방은 작지만 깨끗한 편이었고 다른 편의 시설은 기대하지 않았기 때문에 그런대로 괜찮았고 직원들도 친절했다. 가까운곳 바에서 새벽 1-2시까지 심한 소음을 발생시켜 3박동안 밤에 제대로 잠을 잘수 없었다. 내 방의 위치가 바로 부터의 소음에 직접적인 영향을 받아서 쿵쾅 거리는 소리가 너무 심해 방 교체를 요구했더니 만실이라 교체가 안된다고 했는데 나중에 알고보니 복도 반대편쪽 소음의 직접적인 영향이 적은 곳도 방이 많이 비었었다. 귀찮아서(?) 안바꿔 준 의심이 들기도 한다. 아무튼 추천하고 싶지도 않고 다시 숙박하고 싶지 않은 호텔.

센트럴21와 버스터미널등 입지적인 위치는 굉장히 좋다. 하지만 불 친절한 여직원 때문에 기분이 나쁘다. 청결상태는 좋으며, 발코니가있어 흡연자들에게 편리하다.

Hotel in zentraler Lage
Nettes und freundliches Personal.. Lage ist zentral. Nur ein paar Gehminuten zur central plaza shopping mall.. Auch das Nachtleben ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Bonus für Gäste sind kostenlose Fahrräder. Diese sollten allerdings mal wieder gewartet bzw. Repariert werden . Die Zimmer sind recht geräumig mit allerdings sehr wenig Ablagen. Ansonsten bieten die Zimmer eine moderne Standardausstattung wo es an nichts fehlt. Auch der zimmerservice war ausgezeichnet. Etwas ungewöhnlich ist der zugang zur Loggia durch das Badezimmer. Aber es mal etwas anderes. Auch die installierte regendusche ist sehr angenehm. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der unzureichende wasserdruck der arschbrause und deren undichter anschluss sowie der undichte wasseranschluss zur regendusche. Die Reparatur dessen wurde bereits initiiert aus aufgrund der geringfügigkeit bis nach meiner Abreise verschoben.. WiFi funktionierte tadellos.. Dieses Hotel kann uneingeschränkt weiterempfohlen werden.. Vielen Dank.

Boede på tre forskellige værelser og rengøring var mangelfuld v alle værelserne. Aircondition larmede mere end normalt på det ene værelse. Dårlige indeklima på alle tre værelser, da der ej var udsugning på badeværelserne. Sengelys virkede ikke på et af værelserne og der var fugt/dug bagved sengegærde. Overordnet set var det en ok hotel til prisen og det ligger super centralt.

Rengøring var ikke i top, dårlige indeklima på værelset, aircondition larmede mere end normalt og sengelyset virkede ikke. Samlet set kan man sagtens leve med de mangler, når man vil bo ret centralt.

เป็น รร เล็กๆ ที่อยู่ในทำเลสะดวก ง่ายต่อการหาของกิน ห้องสะอาด อาหารเช้าให้เลือกน้อย พนักงานต้อนรับไม่บริการ ให้กุญแจมาขนของเอง เปิดห้องเอง ตู้เย็นมีขวดน้ำกินแล้วใส่ไว้ ให้เปลี่ยนห้อง แต่ให้กุญแจใหม่ไปย้ายห้องเอง มินิบาร์ที่นี่ไม่มีราคาบอก ก่อนเข้าพัก ได้สอบพนักงานต้อนรับว่าราคาที่พักจองในเวปทำไมถูกกว่าจองโดยตรงกับ รร นางตอบว่า ถ้าอยากได้ราคาถูกให้ไปจอง รร ฝั่งตรงข้าม วิธีการต้อนรับที่แย่มากๆ

Melko uusi hotelli keskustassa
Hiljattain avattu hotelli, joka oli siisti ja rauhallinen. Aamiaiset tarjoiltiin viereisessä rakennuksessa (Café), joka oli melko pieni. Homma kuitenkin toimi.
