The location is great, right in the middle of numerous shops, restaurants, coffee bars, food stalls & night market; with easy walking distance / accessibility to all the key sites. "My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. The room and the hotel itself were great. The staff here was amazingly incredible helpful and friendly. I was staying during my birthday and the staff actually came up to my room to deliver me a birthday cake and wish me happy birthday, which was fantastic. The hotel also had a buffet which had excellent food, and was open throughout the day. I loved my stay here at this hotel. I plan on returning in the future."

"The service was five star. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Even the cleaners in the hallways greet you with a smile and when you check in, they give you extra gifts and small items for convenience for free. They also give you a welcome tea as well there are so many sites you can visit walking distance. Also, the metro is nearby with lots of restaurants all walking distance."
