"We had a great stay!"

"The hotel has been recently remodeled from what I see. Rooms are small, typical for London, but very clean and well-lighted. Plenty of AC and USB outlets. There is no TV or a chair in our room. WiFi was marginal in our room, but staff seemed to get it working much better on our second day. Hotel is in a quiet location with plenty of restaurants nearby on Earls Court Road. There is no lounge or TV room which would be helpful."

Staff were brilliant, excellent breakfast, fully air conditioned throughout, great location 5mins walk from the station and Richmond town centre, and despite being on the small side, the room had everything you needed including a really comfy bed, a large tv, a great shower, and a coffee machine."

"After the renovation, it has become very pleasant to stay at this hotel. Everything is very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast is of decent quality; the selection isn't huge, but it's not bad. Overall, the impression is very positive, and I’d like to stay here again. One downside is the lack of an ironing board and iron in the room."
