"Our family enjoyed staying at this hotel. Convenience store and train station are just across the road. Friendly staff and the room was great. We love the free drinks, the curtains and lights on each bunk bed. "

"This hotel is an easy walk from the Kasai station for trains and buses. The beds were firm but comfortable by local standards. Breakfast was good too. There are unlimited dining and shopping options very close by. Staff were kind and helpful."

"Room was clean and staff was courteous.
Breakfast included, good clothes washer and dryer.
Only complaint was the smaller toilet seat.
Probably the smallest I've used in Japan.
Otherwise a very good hotel and the local food options were very good as well."

"Staff were very helpful and pleasant throughout the duration of my stay. Only downside was the room needed more circulation due to my accidently booking a smoking room but thats not there fault "

"We had 4 twin beds in one room. The size of the room was great. The view from the window was fantastic, waking up to Mt. Fuji, amazing! The only thing of note is that there aren’t enough outlets. Bringing a charging hub is a good idea. Great staff, very clean."
"Fabulous stay - lobby was well decorated and a lovely place to work early morning. I was able to purchase a latte to start my day. Beautiful toiletries and lotions available in the lobby and room. "
"We had a lovely stay at Hotel Emion Tokyo Bay. The location is very convenient, especially for visiting Disneyland, and the shuttle bus service made travelling to and from the park easy and stress-free. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. We also really appreciated the Yamato luggage delivery service, which was smooth and reliable. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay — highly recommended for families visiting Disneyland."
"The room was clean, the staff was amazingly friendly and helped us when we checked in with the itinerary and amenities. They explained to us the cleaning and towel instructions and we got the breakfast so they explained that as well. They helped us with Yamato luggage service for our suitcases. The bfast was fantastic with a different variety every day. The area was quiet and nice with the Tozai station only being a 5 minute walk which was super convenient. There was also a seven-11 and family mart less than 2 min walk. The rooms are a bit tight and the carpet is stained but overall great hotel!"
"the stay was exceptional and the staff was very helpful with the luggage transfers event at 3am in the morning. walking distance to the JR line and surrounded by shops and mini marts. will come back again"
