"Everything was great, but I didn't give it 5 stars because of very smqall rooms. I know that's Japan, but it was small! The staff were very good and helpful. The rooms are in great condition and well maintained. It's a great location and we enjoyed our stay here. I recommended this to about 50 of my group staying here. I'm the travel agent with the group. We liked that ice and extra pillows were easy to get. Those that enjoyed the breakfast said it was very good. Your elevators are very fast! It's nice to be in a safe and walkable location. We enjoyed our stay here."

"The staff was amazing. The rooms are spotless clean it's not a big room, but it's enough for two people to be comfortable, but the most important thing is is it clean and is clean that the staff was absolutely amazing the location right on point because I like a little bit of nightlife, you know so I'm coming back next year and I'm coming back next year to that location. I've been in Europe and stayed in rooms smaller than that and the staff not as helpful at all if anybody tells you APA don't go there don't listen go there. Have a wonderful amazing time."

"Breakfast too expensive"

"The Breakfast Buffet was awesome, they had different options everyday. Even on the busier days it was not too long of a wait to be seated. The room was spacious and well maintained. We had an ocean-view room and it was awesome. There was construction going on but it occurred later in the day when we were not on property. The staff was so helpful and very friendly. There was a free shuttle from the hotel to Maihama Station which was the gateway to get into Tokyo. Took about 20 minutes to get to Tokyo Station. They have a schedule posted in the hotel lobby. There was also a free shuttle from the hotel to the Disney Parks Station. Overall, a very beautiful hotel!!"
