The service throughout the resort was exceptional, warm, and genuine. Everyone we encountered made us feel so welcomed and cared for. A very special thank you to Marion, our hotel liaison, for making everything absolutely perfect from start to finish and for the incredibly warm welcome. Thank you also to Teva for the wonderful hospitality and excellent service. To all the staff across the restaurants, housekeeping, grounds, and butler service, your attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism made our stay unforgettable. "We absolutely loved our stay here. The location is perfect, the room was beautiful, and the view was simply stunning. You can really tell this place is a true labour of love, set within a gorgeous botanical garden that makes it feel so special and serene. Nothing was ever too much trouble. When one of our tours was cancelled last minute, Nir was able to arrange a new private tour for us the very next day. The service and care were exceptional. The small kitchenette was also a wonderful touch, perfect for relaxing evenings in after traveling for three weeks and the rum went down a treat! We couldn’t recommend this place more highly. A truly memorable stay! 🌺"

"Very beautiful property! From the beginning when we first arrived, Westin staff greeted us at the airport with a flower lei and gave us 2 stainless steel water containers for us to use and keep. Very impressed! Room 328 is the best room in our personal opinion and we enjoyed it very much! Everyone we encountered inside the Westin resort was very friendly and approachable. Am I sad to be leaving this heaven on earth, ABSOLUTELY! I look forward to coming back again. Thank you Westin Bora Bora for your excellent hospitality."
