The whole lobby was under Renovations. Soiled bed cover. Pink mold around tub. stained walls that are marked up I reported this to staff when I arrived in the early afternoon and when I got back in the evening from my event nothing was done. they said sorry. Never again! Slept on top of the covers.

The property is under renovation, when my taxi dropped me off. I thought I entered a construction site. Taxi drop off at the back door, wooden boards were covered from ceiling to floor, no entrance. I was confused, not sure if it was a hotel. As I open the entrance door, clothes covered from ceiling to floor, around the whole lobby area, the cash register is open, a lady was standing there, couple construction worker or hotel staff was seating on the folding chair. Floor is dusty duty to construction. I asked is the hotel open? The lady told me it’s, but I don’t feel comfortable. And asked if there is siblings hotel could take us. She said no. I asked to cancel, she said it’s too late. I didn’t stay.

We were only there for a short time getting in later in the evening and leaving early in the morning to catch a flight. The front desk staff were very helpful and they had some breakfast goodies ready early for us before we took the free airport transportation from the hotel.
