Waiters were really knowledgeable on the menu and drinks. We only had a slight issue with the time it took for the valet to bring the car around but they made it up to us. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Victoria. It’s the same quality if not better than the Empress, which we have stayed at before. The rooms are more modern and updated than the Empress."
