La struttura è vicinissima al ponte di rialto e al centro. Il personale c’è solo in determinati orari se no si deve contattare via messaggio. La colazione è un poco scomoda perché è in un bar vicino. Ci sono scale strette per salire in camera e non c’è ascensore.

Not great.. location is fantastic

Very difficult to communicate with the manager and to get our key. We had to stand outside the hotel for 15 minutes until she finally answered. You should have a warning that there are many stairs… difficult for older people with heavy bags. The beds were horrible. Luckily there were extra blankets that we could put under us to make it more comfortable. No soap… again luckily we carry extra just in case.

La ubicación lo mejor a un minuto de Ponte Rialto. Lo peor el Wifi del hotel, había que sacar el móvil por la ventana para que funcionara algo internet.

Albergo in posizione super strategica, personale gentile e a disposizione (ci hanno consigliato delle vere chicche da vedere a Venezia) . Camera non nuovissima, ma pulita. Unico neo la colazione che non è compresa, a meno che non intendiate caffè le bustine di nespresso e zero biscotti.

Harika konum..Güleryüzlü Davis ile çok güzel otel

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi Venedikte sürekli kaybolduğumuzu göz önüne alırsak otel mükemmel bir yerde.. rialto köprüsünün hemen yanında meydanda olduğu için nekadar kaybolsakda otelimizi hep kolayca bulabildik☺️ Resepsiyonda bize Davis eşlik etti çok güler yüzlü espirili ve yardımseverdi kendisini çok sevdik..bize tavsiye ettiği yerler gerçekten çok güzeldi..Venedikte kalınabilecek en güzel konum ve temizliği Rahatlığı ilede en güzel oteldi bence.. fiyatıda civarındaki otellere göre uygundu kesinlikle tavsiye ederim pişman olmazsınız ☺️

チェックイン時にフロントに人がおらず、他の店の電話を借りてホテルに電話したのですが、結局1時間半ほど外で待たされました。特に悪びれる様子もなく、昼ごはんを食べていたと言われました。お国柄なのでしょうか。このホテルフロントには人がおらず、チェックイン時のみホテルの人が対応してくれるといった感じでした。 事前に、チェックインの正確な時間を伝えていくことをお勧めします。 立地は良かったです。

리알토다리 바로 옆이라 위치가 아주 좋습니다. 방은 그리 크지 않았으나, 프론트 직원분이 정말 친절하여 만족했습니다. 특히, 프론트 직원분이 소개해준 식당, 상점 등은 가이드북에 나오지 않은 로컬로서, 매우 유용했습니다.

Gt location but more of an apartment than a hotel

Love Venice and the location is fabulous. The listing shows with breakfast which this DOES NOT include. Despite the photos there is no facility for this in the hotel so you will need to find elsewhere.

Very good value in a great location.

This property is in an excellent location, literally 1 minute from the Rialto Bridge and the Vaporetto. The little laneway is very quiet, though the property is only a few yards away from a busy square. There are numerous good restaurants in the vicinity. The room was comfortable, spotlessly clean, with air conditioning and wifi. Unfortunately, the wifi did not work on one of the mornings, but it was fixed by the evening. The mattress was firm, with plenty of pillows and very comfortable. The bathroom was, again, spotless and modern.For the price, this is a great place to spend a few days sightseeing.

The Hotel is located in a very central location, just a few steps away from San Marcos Square with a lot of bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. The person who checked us in Ana was lovely and very helpful. Room was spacious and really clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a central and cosy place to enjoy the beautiful city of Venice

Place is difficult to search as closest neighbours are unaware of this property. It took us 30 minutes to search it with Goole app. Located in a narrow alley, 3 stories on a narrow stair case, no lift. Nothing much in room. No kettle. No tea, coffee.

Localização excelente

Na verdade é um apartamento com um quarto e banheiro, tem uma pequena geladeira. A localização é excelente, fica bem perto da estação Rialto. Onde tem muita movimentação de compras e alimentação. A recepção não funciona direto e na chegada você informa a previsão de chegada para alguém te receber. No nosso caso foi a Angela que é muito gentil, maravilhosas as dicas que ela deu.

Posizione strategica

Hotel situato a 50 metri dal ponte di Rialto in posizione molto strategica. All'interno di un vicolo propone camere sufficientemente spaziose e molto accoglienti oltre che molto pulite . Lo consiglio vivamente

Hôtel bien placé mais avec service moyen

Globalement, ça s'est bien passé. Après, on a été déçu car l'hôtel (ou pas à vrai dire) n'avait pas de réception, seul une personne nous a accueillis à notre arrivée et après, plus personne pendant notre séjour. Nous avions les petits-déjeuners compris (confirmé par un email de l'hotel) et finalement, on nous annonce qu'il fallait les payer (et le cocktail de bienvenue et le ticket pour le casino étaient absents également). Donc au final, même le lieu était bien, l'hôtel globalement propre et la vue sur le campanile, nous avons été déçu vu le prix payé. Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel;
