Amazing location in this great small hotel!

This adorable small hotel near Piazza San Marco has only seven rooms and seems like a hybrid between a B and B and a boutique hotel. The room was very comfortable and the included breakfasts were a wonderful addition. The location was super central and easy to access any part of Venice. Aside from the crowds, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Venice.

It’s but tricky to find this property especially in evening time. The numbers on buildings are not clearly visible and this is not a hotel it’s a guesthouse. So it serves Bed and Breakfast only. Only 7 rooms in this guesthouse so it’s generally full. The staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. The location is perfect. 2 min walk from San Marco Basilica or from Grand Canal ferry terminal.

Location was great and they offered a very nice breakfast. Management was easily reachable through wahtsapp. The room however was very small for 4 people. There was place to put out stuff or to move around. AC wasn’t cooling the room.

They don’t have an elevator which makes complicated to move your bags. They didn’t have anyone able to help you out. The front desk service is not the best. Installations are also not so great. The most positive thing it’s the location. That’s it!

Overall an excellent location. We were just there overnight. We arrived after check in hours and was provided easy details on self check in. There was some issue with the property thinking I had t paid even though I had a receipt through Expedia. They stated they’ve been having issues through Expedia and don’t see the payment. They quickly resolved once I showed them the receipt. My main issue was the air conn wasn't working. Other than that great experience.
