A simple nice hotel. The place was far enough from the tourist spot it's quiet. Yet it's still close to the different squares and restaurants. Noel the handy man was nice and helpful to show us where to go for the tourist spots. It was about a 20 minute walk to the train station which is not bad.

Had a really nice stay here, it's in a nice area of Venice close enough to the main attractions but without the busy crowds. Noel who works at the property was super friendly and offered advice and recommendations for Venice.

This was the cutest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! Just note the shower is tiny, for one person. The decor was antique, so pretty! The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. The handyman, Noel, was so helpful and nice. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

We had an amazing experience. The location was perfect—close to everything but tucked away just enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Noel was a fantastic host: very responsive, helpful with local tips, and made check-in super easy. Very Friendly staff and well located

It was my second time in Venice, and I regretted not staying at Ca Beatrice before as it is a very well located property, and the staff is also very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this property to any couple or friends looking for a quiet and honest place to stay.
