The included breakfast was delightful! Our room was so hot, we had on the air conditioning but it just blew hot air. Opening the windows was nice, but no screens so bugs got in. The triple room was spacious and roomy enough for 3.

The place is very close to the station, making traveling easier because dragging luggages around through Venice’s stair bridges is no joke. Love this place, the interior looks very luxurious. Super convenient coz its by the train station, shops, canal etc. Staff are amazing, gorgeous breakfast area, coffee made by their barista! Only thing is, do not open the window in your room coz mosquitoes could come in and you’ll end up with bites, now that goes for every hotel coz its surrounded by water obviously but other than that we had a lovely stay, we walked 20 mins to St Mark’s Basilica and hit every shop! I highly recommend!

Great stay! Reasonable price for the staying in the island with complementary breakfast. Climbing over the bridge with a big luggage from the train station was challenging, but I was glad it’s only one bridge I needed to cross to get to the hotel.
