"Nice rooms. Located very close to the Trian station and why I booked this location. However, the location of the hotel is in a run down area of the city. Lots of homeless. Dirty streets. Didn't feel too safe at night walking around. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby that was fantastic. I would book the location again due to the location right across from the train station. We took that to Venice island and to Florence. Parking is a block away and wasn't really guarded. Be careful walking from that location at night."

"Loved this hotel - well situated and the rooms are so beautiful. Like most buildings in Venice, there are no elevators in this hotel - so be prepared to bring your luggage up a fleet of stairs."

"The room was very nice! I stayed in the room that had two bedrooms. One had a queen bed and the other hat three twin beds. First, we were greeted by the loveliest receptionist, and she offered us a complementary glass of wine. That really said the tone! After that, she walked us outside and around the corner to where our room was. It was up three flights of stairs so that I would say is the only drawback. No elevator for this room, but it’s definitely worth it! Very beautiful sweet. I know the drawback is that it only has one bathroom but again we made it work. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Breakfast was surprisingly good, lots of items, staff on hand to help. Shuttle to/from airport was great. Train to Venice was directly behind Hotel so 4 euros each way, 3 stops on the express train. Great option!"
