The staff were very helpful and the best part of this hotel. It is conveniently located between the bus/train terminal and Rialto bridge, with excellent dining options nearby. However, our room was small and the bathroom even smaller, with a weak fan.

Excellent stay! The staff were super friendly and helpful with everything. The room was a lot bigger than expected. Location was fantastic (especially checking in/ out, the walk to the train station/from the waterbus was relatively painless with 2 big bags), super easy to get everywhere and close enough to the main attractions to come and go throughout the day. Will definitely come back!!

Great location, fantastic staff and lots of food options around. Really easy to get around. Room was stock standard but too tiny for 2 suitcases. Beware of leaving the windows open, you will be eaten alive

Hotel novo, todas recepcionistas atenciosas (difícil na Italia). Localização boa, onde restaurantes são um pouco mais baratos. Quarto pequeno que dificulta abertura de 2 malas M. Uma reorganização dos móveis poderiamelhorar problema. Porta do banheiro não tem espaço para abrir toda também por ser pequeno. Oferecem café de cortesia no quarto porém não utilizei por não estar bem limpa, restante da limpeza do quarto estava ok. Não tem elevador (mas isso já é sabido ao reservar), mas dificulta.

Incrível estadia, ótima localização, quarto super aconchegante. Antes e durante a estadia tivemos um suporte excelente da Anna e Gaia, que nos deram muitas dicas e orientações.
