Marco was very helpful and welcoming! He offered me a glass of prosecco or glass of juice (My choice) he make sure the last night of my stay I had transportation to the airport in the morning! Hotel directly on the canal was convenient. We were picked up at the airport by private boat, arranged smoothly by the hotel staff. We chose the same mode for our departure to the train station. Walking distance to the Doge palace and so much. Breakfast was very good and staff were lovely.
