I have stayed at this hotel at least 10 times over the years and I'm always pleased. The beds are comfortable, the showers are strong and it's all you need for a night either before or after a late or early flight. The property owner also leaves snacks out for people with early departure so they don't miss breakfast. The price and the breakfast are great value for money! Highly recommend!

Clean room. Hot at times. Not sure when they turn on the AC. Really good stay. 3-5 min walk from the bus stop to Venice. Convenience store like a minute away. Restaurant downstairs pretty good too.

The property wasn’t fancy by any means but it was clean, the shower was hot and the air conditioner worked. In the morning the proprietor put out a really nice assortment of pastries and coffee or tea choices, and that made our day, because it began at 3 am. This hotel is very close (1 km) to the airport.

The room was small and everything provided was very basic, but this was to be expected from the price I paid. It was actually a very comfortable hotel and I had a good sleep. The free breakfast provided was excellent, but I think bathroom amenities could have been improved (e.g. not just shampoo in a packet).

Second time I've stayed here and would thoroughly recommend. Fantastic location, walking distance to the airport for morning flight. Free hot drinks from machine, self service breakfast with great selection. Juice, coffee, toasties, savouries, fruit, yogurts etc. Was able to have a lovely breakfast while saving a fortune on the airport prices. While I didn't go out in the evening this time, there are bars and restaurants in Tessera whish I have been to before and would also recommend.

We had an excellent stay at this small but very welcoming hotel. It’s minutes away from the Airport with excellent bus links to Venice. The bed is super comfortable and the owner is a fantastic person. I will stay here again.
