Great location! Our room comfortably fit our family of five! The AC blew cold all night, to the point I had goosebumps 😂. The room made me feel like I walked into a scene from Bridgerton in the best way possible! Hotel offers a water dispenser to refill bottles etc, which was a HUGE plus on a hot July day! Our favorite hotel so far this entire trip!! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Very walkable location. Very close to train station just a couple blocks away. About 15 mins from several other sites. No issues With hotel. Breakfast buffet was included and was very good.

The staff at the hotel is very helpful and friendly. I received messages via Whatsapp asking when I would be arriving with very clear instructions on where to find the hotel, check in procedures, etc. The hotel breakfast is set up for you at a table in the dining room downstairs based on your requested time. Our room was clean. The hotel entrance is in an alley. We checked in later at night so it was a little daunting at first but there is an automatic light that comes on as you approach the entrance. There is a juice/drinks bar still open later at night somewhat near our hotel entrance with lots of patrons so it didn't feel like you were entering a dark alley all alone. Hotel is walking distance to train station and it's a very scenic walk from train station to hotel.

We stayed at the hotel apartment which is 5 minted walk from the real hotel. I was not told that upon booking that the apartment is in separate location. No receptionist on site. We were told to take a video tour to go to the apartment. The apartment was old, extremely small shower, very inconvenient. Total rip-off.

De locatie van het hotel is super. Makkelijk te bereiken met de waterboot. Daarnaast kan je snel terecht in het toeristische gedeelte maar ook de wat rustiger pleintjes, de afwisseling hiervan is erg fijn.

Nous allons chaque année à Venise à 4 copines pendant 3 ou 4 jours. Dans le passé, nous avons loué des appartements ou sommes descendues à l’hôtel. C’était la première fois au Mezzo Pozzo. Ce ne sera pas la dernière. Ce petit hôtel a un charme fou. Entièrement restauré dans le style 17ème, il est très propre et calme car situé dans une ruelle minuscule. Proche du Rialto et de Ca d’oro, il est dans un quartier bourré de cafés, de restos et de magasins. Nous avions une chambre magnifique avec 5 lits et une grande salle de bains. Le petit déjeuner continental est servi en chambre ou au salon. Nous sommes prêtes à y retourner l’an prochain!

Hôtel agréable, proche de l'église Dei Santi Apostoli, au centre de Venise. Cette ancienne maison nobiliaire a beaucoup de caractère, les chambres sont confortables, spacieuses et toutes rénovées. Je remercie le personnel de l'hôtel de son accueil Très bon séjour.
