This is an awesome hotel with excellent location. There is a dock in this hotel that will allow you to directly bring a taxi water bus additionally, this is near to every single destination in Venice. The property is maintained so well aesthetically so pleasing, magnificently awesome. Just be aware that there is no lift, but the staff here will absolutely help you to reach your room.. the hotel has a patio facing grand Canal. That is the knockout punch I would strongly recommend sitting down there and chilling.

We had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel in the heart of Venice. We took a private water taxi from the airport directly to the dock attached to the hotel. The room was great and the staff very friendly. One note… there is no elevator, so you will be climbing stairs… there are 3 floors and the stairs to the 3rd floor are rather steep. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of food. There are several restaurants within a short walk and the hotel is only about 7 minutes from the Rialto Bridge.

Such a beautiful, unique property. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The hotel was right on the canal so it was easy to travel by water taxi. The only thing that was slightly less than perfect was the cleanliness of our room. The bathroom sink looked like it hadn’t been cleaned well and I found dried up contacts on the nightstand next to the bed. Otherwise, beautiful stay.

The hotel is very charming in a really nice atea with very easy access; and the staff is super nice and helpful. They allowed me to check in much earlier without extra cost. My only compliant is that the bed was not very comfortable, and the hotel was a little noisy in the morning. Breakfast was ok.

A three night stay at a favourite hotel on the Grand Canal near Rialto Bridge. Located in a quiet Calle. Has a special resonance since my wife spent several months here as a student when it was a simple pensione. Some rooms are rather small at the price, but they were happy to moive us to a larger one when we asked.
