It was a great stay! AC was working well, super great location, staff was friendly and everything was clean. Only thing was our room was right next to the breakfast area so we always got woken up by people going there and also can hear people late at night at the restaurant below but not very troublesome and we enjoyed our whole stay regardless

Staff was great and super nice. Our flight got delayed and we were arriving after reception was closing. They reached out to provide instructions on how to get access to our room. Room is spacious. Great location.

It was in a really great location, less than a 5 minute walk to the St Mark Palazza. There are many restaurants and shops right outside. Staff was really friendly and always greeted us on our way out and back in. The room was small but perfect for the price. The room was very clean and the restroom was very modern. I would definitely book again!

Look elsewhere in Venice
Very good location but overall disappointing Very small room with no real amenities. 2 sets of stairs to get to rooms. Clean but seems like a hostel. Stairs are definitely dangerous. I fell very hard and luckily was only bruised. Look elsewhere in Venice!

Ubicado a unos pocos paso de la plaza de San Marcos rodeado de tiendas y restaurantes, un hotel muy cómodo y Limpio donde se Esmeran por hacerlo sentir bien a uno. Muy recomendado

The location was perfect. Walking distance to the alilagunas, stores and restaurants. The area where our room was was quiet and felt safe. There are windows in the room with sheer curtains that I felt did not provide enough privacy inside, but besides that, it had everything we needed and would recommend.

This hotel is literally 5 mins from St Marks Sq - we couldn't believe what a great location and good hotel for reasonable price. If you get the coach into Venice just get on the Vaporetto to St Marks Sq and it is a quick walk. Lovely staff. Clean and cheerful

We loved this hotel. From the moment we got off the taxi boat, we found the hotel very easily and it was in the perfect location, minutes from St. Mark's Square. We had excellent check in service and Jeffrey even made an extra trip back up to our room to help us with the air conditioning. The room was beautiful and so convenient to everything - food, shops and gondolas. We will definitely be going back there when we return to Venice.

Convenient location
We had the triple room. The hotel was easy to find and close to the water taxi. The single fold out bed was good enough, but not good for those who may have back issues or are older. The air conditioning worked well, and they serve American breakfast (eggs/bacon, etc). If you want to be near tourist things and crowds, this is an excellent spot to stay! Just a few minutes walk to St. Mark’s.

Good little hotel just next of the san marco place. Near the waterbus too. Everything near, pharmacy, restaurants, coffee shop, little stores. Great place overall.

First this property doesn’t have an elevator. This is might the same thing for all property in the island considering it an old city but I wish that I know this info before my booking 😔 the location of this property is good near the water station and some attractions. I used google map to find the best route between the railway station and the hotel but unfortunately I got the longest walking way with my luggage 😔 but after exploring the surrounding I figured out that there is a station within 2 minutes far from the hotel reaches the railway which I used in my way back

It was clean, updated and in a great area. The Air Conditioning worked great which was a big perk during the heat wave. The rooms were surprisingly quiet even though they overlook the courtyard and restaurants.

Staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. Breakfast was tasty; I especially liked that they prepared the coffee or latte right there and then. Not noisy even though Lots of people were still out and about on the streets

Super clean hotel, centrally located right by St MaconSq., steps away to the Basilica. Great and authentic restaurant next door, Restaurant Convivo. Front desk staff is local and was super nice and helpful! Will be back for sure!
