"Overall the hotel is very good. Rooms need a bit of maintenance (wobbly dining chair, slow drain in shower). Parking is limited later in the day and restaurant/bar closes early."

"The staff was amazing, room was clean. Wasn’t happy that they didn’t have a ramp to get out to the patio for something to eat. They should have a ramp so people can enjoy eating outside. I went to another hotel while in Banff and they brought a ramp out so I wouldn’t feel left out."

"The room was incredible clean, the renovation was tasteful and felt luxurious. The staff was friendly and educated. Parking lot was lacking stalls but spacious spots so that made up for it. Rooms had good AC and we didn’t even notice the Smokey air until leaving the hotel. Great experience and would happily visit again."

"Travelling with my parents made this a good choice. Two bathrooms, great separation between the open sleeping spaces, with one bedroom and bath downstairs and the other bedroom and bath upstairs, and over 900 square feet allowed for privacy. Balcony too. The fully equipped kitchen with barstools and counter was perfect for a light evening meal and some B.C. wine, and allowed us to enjoy a full breakfast before heading out on the highway. The sofa and chair in sitting area allowed for comfort when watching tv or working on my laptop. The unit was perfectly clean. We suffered a blown tire on the 97C and were delayed about 7 hours. The man at the front desk was excellent when I called to advise we may not arrive before 11 pm, when the reception desk closed, and he provided us with clear instructions should we arrive after hours, as well as offering to cancel our room and provide a refund if we needed to spend the night in West Kelowna. He appeared to be happy to see us and check us in around 10:30 pm and expressed his concern that we had a trying day and needed a quiet rest. We did. While not new, this hotel is very accommodating, the suites are very clean, spacious and comfortable. Nice outdoor pool area with hot tub. Some suites overlook the pool area, others have a view of Swan Lake. Great for families or two couples who need space or privacy. We have stayed here before and will stay here again."

"Enjoyed our stay here! It was super relaxing. The only thing though was we found a mouse in our room the last day and maybe because we had take out in our room. This was bothersome but thankfully on our way to checking out. The complimentary breakfast was so good! Some of the staff were not friendly and seemed rushed with poor customer service skills but that’s more of a comfort thing for us. The beds were really uncomfortable and beautiful views from our room! We loved the tub near the window — it was so relaxing. They also provided us with complimentary bath salt which was a nice surprise. The amenities were great! The spa areas were so good — best spa I have been to. Not a lot of restaurants nearby so the food in the restaurant in the building was expensive and one down the hill from us at the other hotel. Only two walkable restaurants — otherwise have to drive into town (more of a preference thing). Lovely walk around with nice views and nature. Would recommend staying here! "
