"This hotel was perfect for us. Right near Point Vecchio where hundreds of shops and restaurants are. The staff (especially Emanuel) were perfect. They took the time to speak with us and help when requested. Our room was a very spacious garden view on the first floor, the private garden was our front yard. The roof top bar was great too, get there early if you wish to watch the sunset with a drink. The next time we visit Florence we would certainly stay here again."

"The location of the hotel was amazing and central with everything within walking distance. The checkin was smooth and the receptionist was warm. In terms of value for money, we thought the price was higher for the quality of the rooms. The hotel has a nice homely feel though I believe the showers could use some revamping. Our hotel washroom had a musty smell that wouldn’t go away. Also the qualities of the toiletries could be improvee upon."
