"My 2nd stay. The room is clean as usual. The staff are courteous and friendly. Particularly check-in staff May was especially helpful and polite. We were given complimentary drink when the room was not ready, and also complementary breakfast for our stay (a pleasant surprise).
Overall, very enjoyable experience staying at Kowloon Shangri-la hotel. 👍👍👍👍👍"
