"Garbage can wasn’t emptied from precious occupant and the elevators took forever to come so ended up using stairs except on check out and check in. Not so happy about that. But the staff was exceptional and the hotel was very nice."

"The hotel lobby is stunningly gorgeous. Our room was upgraded without our request (thank you!), and it was located at an angle that allowed us to see both sides of the upper town. We were especially impressed with how helpful and kind the hotel staff was. This hotel is ideally located to explore the upper section of Old Quebec. We'll definitely book again!"

"Bonjour, Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement de l'hôtel tour près du Château Frontenac, du Petit Champlain et des restos. Chambre située au 20e étage, vue sur le Château Frontenac, lit confortable, un peu de rangement mais pratique. Femme de ménage, gentille, polie. souriante. Cependant, pas de barre de savon donc savon distributeur liquide et de qualité moindre. Shampoo et conditionner distributrice devrait faire place à l'amélioration, meilleure qualité et pourquoi pas encourager les produits québécois. Salle de bain propre mais aurait besoin d'être rafraichie et finalement tapis dans le corridor, pas trop hygiénique et à certains endroits tachés. Cependant lors de notre arrivée, bel accueil à la réception, Souriante, professionnelle. Malgré certaines remarques, je recommanderais cet hôtel."

"I enjoyed my stay. Charming room, not the best view (construction area) but the service and location made up for it. Centrally located to quickly access all Quebec (old and beyond), it’s a great spot, especially for a first-time visit. The staff were warm and helpful. The welcome basket was a delightful surprise (the Monsieur Sablé biscuits were amazing). My only complaint was the soap dispenser barely dispensed soap - you had to press it endlessly to gather enough soap. However, I’ve experienced this in Europe, so it’s not uncommon. Aside from that, I was thrilled with my visit!"

"Endroit très calme et bien situé pour visiter le vieux Québec à pied . Étant dans les combles, la pente des plafonds peut être nuisible lors des déplacements. Le bain n’est pas facile d’utilisation pour une personnes à mobilité réduite. Nous avons adoré notre séjour"
