"The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we appreciated being allowed to check in early when our room was ready. However, there were a few inconveniences. The sink was extremely low, even for someone shorter like me, which made it uncomfortable to use. The hotel also does not provide umbrellas, which is surprising since many hotels typically offer them, especially in a city with unpredictable weather. Additionally, there were no complimentary bottled water in the room, although you can refill water at the restaurant. Overall, it was a pleasant stay thanks to the staff, but some basic amenities were missing."

"Parking is very convenient and it is just a short walk. Rooms are clean. if there is in-suite washing machine and dryer, then it will be a perfect spot. If snow on the street in front of the building can be removed and cleared, then it will make it more safe to get on and get off car."
