"Wonderful hotel close to Old Town. The facility was immaculate and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was incredible. Makes me realize how bad the breakfasts are in the American hotels. The pool area was very nice and relaxing. Would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Superb hotel, beautiful location, lovely rooms and facilities but it was the staff that went above and beyond that made our stay so special. They were so friendly and catered really well to our daughter who is wheat intolerant. We dined for breakfast, room service lunch, dinner and a wedding reception dinner which was absolutely delicious. We used the spa and shuttle into Hoi An. I definitely recommend the hotel and really hope to return in the not too distant future. Probably the best hotel my children have ever stayed in."

Special mention to Duyen Nhi and Helen for making us feel like our family was never in need and providing us with great service. "Pros: The hotel is very new, clean and nice. The service of the staffs was excellent. The food quality was good. Cons: There’s a casino and KTV (with girls…) inside the hotel. You can smell the cigarette once you go in the hotel, and there were guests smoking inside the hotel while walking. Lucky that we were not staying at that wing. And the location of the hotel is quite far away from the city, airport or any of the scenic spots."
