"Staff at Full Moon gave excellent service, and tried at all times to fulfil our needs. We are already planning to return next year for at least a month. Special thanks to Moon and Haley who went over and beyond, with Moon even driving me to government offices to deal with visa issues. Thanks to all the staff and gold stars for providing our delicious bread rolls and mangos. "

"The owners (Yuen and Lim) are wonderful, they really went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay with them. The room was quite large and comfortable, breakfast was tasty and filling, we had pancakes made by Lim and the pool was great for a dip in the hot and humid weather. It was relaxing and stress free. It's a little gem hidden away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An. I highly recommend staying there and great value."

"We loved Charming Homestay in Hoi An. The owner and hostess Nhi, is a true gift to travelers. Among the many, many helpful things she did for us: She arranged for car transfer from the airport to Hoi An, which was very reasonably priced. She went out of her way to help us get the most out of our few days there, recommending various activities, restaurants, even a fantastic cirque du soleil inspired show with music, dance and acrobatics which was great!

"I had a wonderful stay at Ivy Villa Hotel. The front desk staff were truly the best I’ve experienced—friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile. The location is just on the outskirts of the old town, which makes it quieter but still easily walkable to all the main attractions. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable rooms that made me feel right at home. A great balance of convenience, comfort, and warm hospitality. Highly recommend! And extremely affordable."
"The place is new so OK. Service staff needs to be more tactful in dealing with complains. Cannot be one sided and support those who complained just because they are Westerners. Too biase for my liking.
On the whole the location is just very convenient to travel everywhere. "

"This hotel was a great find. The rooms are small and dated but they are quiet and will meet your everyday needs. The outdoor areas are amazing. The pool is relaxing and a joy after a long tourist day. The breakfast. Pool food and drinks were exceptional. We took advantage of the spa deals and the message was one of the best we have ever had. "It was a beautiful place. Prices and food were excellent. The Mini shows were free and lots of fun. We watched the main Hoi An show from the VIP section and were served fresh fruit and water. I am sure you can requestnother beverages as well. The show is about an hour long, and was fantastic. It is a very romantic and action filled history of the region."
