"I audibly gasped at how stunning this resort was when we arrived. The room itself was so beautiful, elegant, and clean. The whole reception staff including Na were super kind and accommodating as they helped us get the shuttle back and forth from the town. The breakfast was great and the pools were beautiful. My biggest issue here is that we didn’t choose to stay here longer."

Free shuttle to beach and old town, free afternoon tea, free 30min foot massage, free bikes, free wine tasting and the price even included free breakfast. These extras were much appreciated. "The spaciousness of the room, the quality of the hospitality and customer service was great, top of the top! Salome I think is the manager and she was lovely to chat with while having breakfast. She told us about the Japanese Cultural Exchange Festival that was happening in town and we stumbled upon it and enjoyed the experience. I highly recommend this hotel! "

"Great staff and location"

"This is a lovely place to stay. I had a ground floor suite near to the central courtyard which is where the outdoor pool is located. The suite was more like having a little villa to myself - a spacious living / bedroom space with its own little front porch with a seat that was perfect for reading. Bathroom was sizeable too and had both bath and shower options (one indoor and another outdoor decked area for showering too) Staff were attentive and welcoming throughout - a first class service all round. Buffet breakfast had plenty of options and was always well-stocked while I was there. The location of this hotel may not be to everyone's tastes - some may prefer to be closer to the old town in Hoi An or the beaches but I found both within good distance and the hotel offers a free shuttle service to both as well. The massage was solid (though perhaps not the standout for me personally), but overall, the spa offerings were excellent. What impressed me most was how impeccably well-maintained the property is, with a strong commitment to sustainability that feels authentic and integrated into everything. The architecture beautifully balances modern comfort with the surrounding nature, creating serene spaces that harmonize perfectly with the environment."
