"Absolutely lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were all welcoming and super helpful. The room was spotless, bed was comfy and they provide free drinking water too. The location was great, half way between the old town and the beaches. They provide free bikes so you can go either way with these. There's also a free shuttle service which was great too! Highly recommend!"

"This hotel is tucked away from the main street, making it an oasis of peace and quiet. I stayed for 12 nights and it was so nice to be in a place close enough to cycle to the beach or take a grab to downtown Hoi An. I loved relaxing and reading by the pool and garden, The staff are super friendly and go above and beyond to help you with organising transportation, massages, anything really. I would stay here again, 10 stars"

"We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous hotel so much we extended our stay for 2 nights (and they gave us a free upgrade for those 2 nights!) The rooms were clean and had exactly what you need, well air conditioned for the very hot August weather. The pools were gorgeous and the main sunset one was open til 8pm so we could have a late night dip. The breakfast was lovely and got to enjoy some western food but also some traditional Vietnamese breakfast options. We also made use of the Coco Spa. We had a couples massages with one of their deals which was about £30 for a 90 minute session. The reception staff were great, especially Ann, who was available all the time on reception or via WhatsApp. For us this hotel was great as it was an escape from the busy Hoi An town, with the most beautiful surroundings of rice fields which we cycled through most days."

"Lovely little boutique hotel - staff was nice, pool was lovely , the ponds added so much charm. Staff is lovely. Breakfast wasn’t bad either but needs improvement. it was hard to explain we wanted an egg-white omelette with no meat (took them 3 tries to get it right) - first version had ham, second had egg yolk and 3rd one was fine. The toaster is too weak. The coffee was cold. Tables need salt and pepper shakers (they currently have bottles that are not hygienic)."

"The property is located in a very peaceful area overlooking a large rice field. It is perfect if you want to be away from the Hoi A crowds. Ratings (out of 5): *Location- 5 (intentionally not close to old town) 10 mins drive in either direction to the beach or old town. *Rooms- 5. Well-appointed with very comfortable bed, bath robes, slippers, toiletries. *Bath-5. Strong water pressure and fast hot water with hand held and rainfall shower heads. *Property-4. There is a side of the property where there is no elevator for the rooms on second and third floors. Some maintenances seems to be deferred. *Pool-4. Water drainage around the pool have plastic grills that are broken in many areas that can cause injuries. There are ample amount of lounge chairs, tables, and umbrellas. *Breakfast-4. Made to order eggs, buffet style fresh salads and fruit. They can use some additional hot food items. *Service-5. All staff were friendly and eager to help. Overall, we had a great stay and love the property. We will be back for a longer stay next time."
